GURNEE, Ill., Dec. 25 (UPI) -- An Illinois judge issued a bench warrant for a woman accused of attacking a suburban Chicago police officer with a clear, rigid feminine "pleasure device."

Lake County Judge Brian Hughes issued the $75,000 bench warrant for Carolee Bildsten, 56, after she failed to appear for a hearing Thursday on a charge of aggravated assault in addition to theft of services charges and a previous driving under the influence charge, the Chicago Tribune reported Friday.

A Gurnee police report said an officer visited Bildsten's apartment Nov. 9 after workers at Joe's Crab Shack accused her of leaving the restaurant without paying her tab for the second time. The report said the officer thought Bildsten was retrieving money to pay her bill, but she instead pulled the "pleasure device" from a dresser drawer and charged at the officer.

Police said the officer deflected the sex toy and was not injured.

Bildsten is scheduled for another hearing at 9 a.m. Jan. 27 at the Lake County Courthouse.
