The sheriff's report said the horse became spooked when Hall dismounted and attempted to get back into the saddle, leading the animal to trample a woman, identified as Christy Tobish, 34, and a man, Bradley Thurman, who refused medical treatment.

Tobish underwent facial surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville and was released Sunday.

Hall was arrested and charged with reckless endangerment and public intoxication. His bond was set at $10,500.
