Police said the cow was first reported being chased by a man on Atlantic Avenue but both the man and animal were gone by the time officers arrived on the scene, the New York Post reported Thursday. Advertisement The cow resurfaced about 12 hours later outside the borough's Forest Park and led officers on a nine-block chase that ended with its capture on 116th Street. The report gave not details on where the cow came from.
