FARGO, N.D., Feb. 3 (UPI) -- An unidentified group has banned 42 Fargo City, N.D., residents from attending President Bush's speech Thursday in the community.

White House officials and a spokesman for the state's governor said they did not have anything to do with barring various Democrats, progressives and high school students from the speech at the local university's sports arena, the Fargo Forum reported.

The newspaper declined to identify its two sources, who confirmed such a list exists -- though its origin and the criteria used to ban the 42 U.S. citizens from assembling at the public arena remained undisclosed.
