It was a man, naked as a jaybird, who scaled a fence and scurried around naked before being taken into custody Friday, The New York Post reported Saturday. Advertisement The 27-year-old man climbed over a blast fence at the east end of the airport, the newspaper said. He ran about 10 feet down a grassy landscape before being spotted by employees of Delta Air Lines. He man was restrained until police arrived. He was arrested on charges of criminal trespass and taken to Elmhurst General Hospital for psychiatric observation, the Post said. The man, whose name was withheld by police, apparently suffered some hand lacerations while climbing over the fence, officials said. Authorities also speculated he may be emotionally disturbed, the newspaper reported.
