'West Wing's' Janney wins again

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 4 (UPI) -- Allison Janney won her second consecutive Emmy Award Sunday for outstanding actress in a drama series. Janney won for her portrayal of C.J. Cregg on the NBC drama, "The West Wing."
