SAN FRANCISCO, April 27 (UPI) -- CNET Networks (NASDAQ:CNET) and Yahoo have announced a three-year content-sharing and advertising deal aimed at reaching audiences interested in technology.

Medianews.com reported that under the deal, CNET's technology-focused content will be carried on Yahoo Tech and Yahoo News.

Additionally, San Francisco-based CNET Networks will sell ads based on its audience on Yahoo properties, while Yahoo will sell display ads across CNET's brands, and CNET's Download.com will promote Yahoo's toolbar.

Specific terms of the deal were not disclosed, Medianews.com reported.
