Freerunner shows off unusual method of switching train seats

STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Nov. 21 (UPI) -- A Swedish freerunner showed how to apply his interests to everyday situations by switching seats on a train in a most unusual way.

Marcus Soederberg posted a video to Instagram showing his attempt at starting a new social media trend with the "#SeatChangeChallenge."

The video shows Soederberg lean forward in his seat, place his head on the seat in front of him, and flip over the back of the seat to land comfortably in another chair.

"Tip No1. If you quickly need to change seat. Use your head! (Do not try during rush hour‼️)" Soederberg wrote.
