Meghan Trainor on boyfriend Daryl Sabara: 'He's the one'

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 26 (UPI) -- Meghan Trainor appeared on Chelsea Handler's Netflix show, Chelsea, and opened up about her new boyfriend, actor Daryl Sabara, calling him "the one."

Trainor told Handler she was nervous to share any information about her relationship online but eventually gave in.

"We were dating for like three months and I was like, 'He's the one,'" Trainor said.

"I was like, 'I want to post about it but I'm terrified they'll attack you,'" she said to Sabara, who is best known for his role in the Spy Kids films.

Handler asked Trainor how she and Sabra met and Trainor revealed she asked "every person" she's met to help set her up with someone.

"I've asked every person I've met since day one, like find me a boyfriend" Trainor said. "Chloe Grace Moretz is a friend of mine and day one of meeting her I was like, 'Do you know anybody that I could date or love, whatever?'"

Trainor said Moretz suggested she meet Sabara, calling him "the nicest guy in the world."

"I'm actually looking for a boyfriend, too, now," Handler said. "If you meet somebody that you think I'd like..."

"Well my brother's willing and loves you," Trainor told Handler before revealing that her brother is 23.

"I'll show him a great time," Handler said.
