Carrie Coon to star in Season 3 of 'Fargo'

LOS ANGELES, July 11 (UPI) -- Carrie Coon is to co-star with the previously announced Ewan McGregor in Season 3 of the anthology series Fargo, which is to debut in early 2017.

"Time to welcome Carrie Coon, the newest member of the Fargo family," the show's official Facebook page said Monday.

Each season of the Minnesota-set, crime dramedy is set in a different era and follows new characters.

Coon is best known for her roles in HBO's The Leftovers and the film Gone Girl.
