CBS officially annnounces renewal of 11 shows, but 'Supergirl' isn't one of them

LOS ANGELES, March 26 (UPI) -- CBS says it has renewed Blue Bloods, Elementary, Hawaii Five-0 and Madam Secretary for the 2016-17 television season.

The network also confirmed it ordered more Mom, NCIS: Los Angeles, NCIS: New Orleans, Scorpian, 2 Broke Girls, Survivor and The Amazing Race.

Renewals for The Big Bang Theory and NCIS were previously announced.

Noticeably missing from the roster revealed Friday is the freshman comic-book adaptation Supergirl.
