LOS ANGELES, Nov. 26 (UPI) -- Angus T. Jones, a 19-year-old original cast member of "Two and a Half Men," says he wants people to stop watching his U.S. sitcom because it is "filth."

Jones makes the statement during a 15-minute religious testimonial for the Christian group Forerunner Chronicles that was posted to YouTube.

"If you watch 'Two and a Half Men,' please stop watching 'Two and a Half Men,'" he said in the clip.

"I'm on 'Two and a Half Men,' and I don't want to be on it. Please stop watching it, and filling your head with filth," he said. "People say it's just entertainment. Do some research on the effects of television and your brain, and I promise you you'll have a decision to make when it comes to television, especially with what you watch."

E! News said CBS has not yet commented on Jones' remarks.

The sitcom is now in its 10th season. Charlie Sheen was fired during Season 8 for his erratic behavior and drug use. He was replaced by Ashton Kutcher in Season 9.
