NEW YORK, Aug. 24 (UPI) -- U.S. actress Katie Homes's divorce agreement with actor Tom Cruise includes $400,000 in annual child support, the gossip Web site TMZ reported Friday.

The actress who was a regular on the former teen drama series "Dawson's Creek" and appeared in the "Batman Begins" superhero film, gets no alimony, the Web site said.

The $400,000 in child support for 6-year-old daughter Suri comes out to $33,333.33 a month.

The money will be paid by electronic transfer, the site said.

Cruise must pay the support for 12 years, until Suri turns 18, which comes out to $4.8 million.

Cruise must also pay Suri's expenses, including medical, dental, insurance, private-school and college tuition and extracurricular costs, the site said.

Suri is to attend New York City's all-girls Convent of the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic school starting next month. She was previously home-schooled.

The couple agreed Suri would not attend a "residential school" from now through her high school years.

That means the girl "can't be shipped off to boarding school -- Scientology or otherwise," TMZ said.

Cruise is known for his support of and adherence to the Church of Scientology.

TMZ called the child support payments "modest," calling them "nothing" compared to Cruise's $250 million fortune.

Holmes, 33, filed for divorce from Cruise, 50, in June after five years of marriage, citing "irreconcilable differences."

Cruise was reportedly blindsided by the divorce filing, the New York Daily News reported, but an air-tight prenuptial agreement let him keep his massive Hollywood fortune.

The divorce settlement, announced July 9, was finalized by a New York state Supreme Court judge Monday.

This is Holmes' first divorce and Cruise's third.
