CBS orders full season of '2 Broke Girls'

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 5 (UPI) -- CBS said Wednesday it has ordered a full season of its new U.S. comedy series "2 Broke Girls."

Starring Kat Dennings, Beth Behrs, Matthew Moy, Jonathan Kite and Garrett Morris, the sitcom airs on the network Monday nights.

The show about two cash-strapped New York waitresses saving money to open a cupcake shop has been averaging about 15.5 million viewers, CBS said.
