NEW YORK, Aug. 31 (UPI) -- Cable network Chiller says it has acquired the exclusive U.S. television broadcast rights to all English language versions of "Fear Factor."
The announcement was made Wednesday by Thomas Vitale, executive vice president of programming and original movies for Syfy and Chiller.

Chiller, which already has repeat broadcast rights to the American version of the show, acquired the international editions from Endemol Worldwide Distribution and now holds U.S. exclusive rights to all currently existing English-language versions and episodes of the reality competition series for the next three years.
The South African, British and Australian editions of the series will begin airing Oct. 1.
