Grammer's girlfriend is pregnant

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 12 (UPI) -- Virgin Atlantic Airways employee Kayte Walsh is pregnant with her actor beau Kelsey Grammer's child, the woman's father said.

Grammer filed for divorce from his third wife, Camille Donatacci, on July 1. The 55-year-old former "Cheers" and "Frasier" star has four other children from previous relationships, USA Today reported.

Walsh's father, Alan, told England's Daily Mail his daughter's pregnancy is "great news."

"We are very pleased for them both. I don't know how long they have been together and I have not met him yet, but I'm looking forward to it. We just found out about her pregnancy a couple of days ago," he said. "The main thing is for them both to be happy and they are -- they have just hit it off together."

Walsh is 29, USA Today said.
