Stars lining up to be Emmys presenters

LAS VEGAS, June 21 (UPI) -- Wayne Brady, Jeff Foxworthy, Vanessa Marcil and Alex Trebek will be presenters at the upcoming Daytime Emmy Awards show in Las Vegas, CBS said Monday.

Sunday's event at the Las Vegas Hilton also will feature a performance from the Las Vegas company of Disney's musical "The Lion King," the network said.

Regis Philbin will be the host of the presentation of prizes recognizing outstanding achievement in all fields of daytime television production.

In addition, Ryan Seacrest will introduce the "American Bandstand" and Dick Clark tribute, with Donny Osmond, Chubby Checker, Tony Orlando and the cast of "Jersey Boys" added to the lineup of stars who will salute the iconic show and television personality, CBS said.
