"Access Hollywood" said NBC Universal Television Entertainment Chairman Jeff Gaspin confirmed at a Television Critics Association panel Sunday Mandel would be judging the contestants on "Talent" next summer, along with Sharon Osbourne and Piers Morgan.

"David is leaving… and yes, I believe, Howie Mandel is replacing (him,)" Gaspin said.
