MALIBU, Calif., Oct. 25 (UPI) -- Chris Martin delighted fans by performing with children Apple and Moses over the weekend.

The 39-year-old Coldplay frontman brought Apple and Moses Martin, his 12-year-old daughter and 10-year-old son with ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow, onstage to sing at a Malibu Boys and Girls Club benefit Saturday.

Apple impressed with a cover of "Just a Little Bit of Your Heart" by Ariana Grande with Martin on piano. Moses later joined his dad for "House of Gold" by Twenty One Pilots, as seen in a Coldplay fan club video.

Martin also performed with Beck, Jakob Dylan, Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith and E Street band keyboardist Roy Bittan. He previously brought his kids onstage at Glastonbury Festival in June.

Martin and Paltrow split in 2014 after 10 years of marriage and finalized their divorce in July. Paltrow opened up about Apple and Moses in the March issue of Glamour, adding that she and Martin remain close friends.

"They're smart, they're funny, they have pretty good heads on their shoulders," she said of her kids. "I think they're both gonna be drawn to perform. They're naturals -- they sing, act, play guitar, do stand-up -- it's brimming out of them."

"We spend a lot of time together," the actress added of Martin. "We're still very much a family, even though we don't have a romantic relationship. He's like my brother."

Martin and Coldplay last released the album A Head Full of Dreams in December. The record debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and includes the singles "Adventure of a Lifetime" and "Hymn for the Weekend."
