PILTON, England, June 23 (UPI) -- British singer Lily Allen decided to give away free tickets to her upcoming performance at the Glastonbury festival to random villagers instead of her "needy friends."
While speaking about her decision on Radio 1's Breakfast Show Allen told DJ Nick Grimshaw that her husband is in charge of ticket allocation and that she has "quite a lot of blaggy friends who hit me up for stuff all the time and never really appreciate it." "I have all the calls, 'Can we have some tickets?'" said the 29-year-old, adding that this year the couple decided to give the passes to villagers.
