'Royals' tops U.S. record chart for a third week

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 17 (UPI) -- Lorde's "Royals" is No. 1 on the U.S. record chart for a third week, Billboard.com reported Thursday.

Coming at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 is Miley Cyrus' "Wrecking Ball," followed by Katy Perry's "Roar" at No. 3, Avicii's "Wake Me Up!" at No. 4 and Drake's "Hold On, We're Going Home" featuring Majid Jordan at No. 5.

Rounding out the top tier are Ylvis' "The Fox" at No. 6, Jay Z's "Holy Grail" featuring Justin Timberlake at No. 7, Lady Gaga's "Applause" at No. 8, Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines" featuring T.I. and Pharrell at No. 9 and Lana Del Rey & Cedric Gervais' "Summertime Sadness" at No. 10.
