Chris Brown drops duet with Rihanna from his new CD, 'X'

LOS ANGELES, June 21 (UPI) -- Singer Chris Brown has dropped a duet with his former girlfriend Rihanna from his forthcoming album, "X," HollywoodLife.com reported.

"Just saw the working track list for 'X' yesterday -- Rihanna is not on there," an insider told the entertainment world gossip website this week. "Record execs wanted that song on there, but Chris said he would rather not and wouldn't allow the record to be released unless they took it off."

Rihanna and Brown ended their stormy, off-and-on romance in May.
