BEIJING, Dec. 24 (UPI) -- The rock band Eagles scheduled its first concerts in mainland China for next spring, the band's Web site confirms.
The official band, Glenn Frey, Don Henley, Joe Walsh and Timothy B. Schmit, will play at Shanghai Mercedes-Benz Arena March 9 and March 12 at Beijing's Wukesong Arena, promoting the recent album "Long Road Out of Eden World Tour."
The band is scheduled to play many of the members' solo hits as well as classics such as "Life In The Fast Lane," "Heartache Tonight" and "Hotel California" -- the latter without co-writer Don Felder, who was fired from the Eagles in 2001.
The most expensive ticket for either performance will be about $380, Xinhua, China's official news agency, reported Thursday.
