LOS ANGELES, July 9 (UPI) -- The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part One released a new teaser trailer Wednesday.

The faux public service announcement finds President Snow touting a message of unity to Panem once again, alongside Peeta (Josh Hutcherson), Johanna (Jena Malone) and a group of soldiers armed with guns. This time, however, his address is interrupted by an important message from Beetee (Jeffrey Wright) in District 13.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part One debuts in theaters November 21. Mockingjay - Part Two, the final film in the series, is scheduled for release November 20, 2015.
