Michaels, Hargitay celebrate Mardi Gras

NEW ORLEANS, Feb. 22 (UPI) -- Actresses Hilary Swank and Mariska Hargitay and rocker Bret Michaels were in New Orleans this week to celebrate Mardi Gras.

The trio rode a float in the traditional Krewe of Orpheus parade Monday, tossing beads and doubloons to the revelers, People.com reported.

The actresses wore sparkly outfits, while Michaels wore a bandana and sunglasses.

Actor Will Ferrell dressed as King Bacchus, Roman God of Wine, in another of the festival's colorful parades this week.
