LOS ANGELES, June 4 (UPI) -- Lindsay Lohan used Twitter this week to let her fans know she was holding up through her home confinement in Los Angeles.

Lohan reassured followers Friday that all was well by writing, "Loving good music on a sunny day," People magazine reported.

Lohan, 24, was ordered to stay in her condo for about a month after pleading no contest to a misdemeanor theft charge. Initially, she had been accused of felony grand theft for trying to leave a jewelry store with a necklace she had not purchased.

People said Saturday home confinement was an alternative to the crowded jail system in Los Angeles County.
