Cross-country drive on 2 gallons of gas
NEW YORK, Jan. 20 (UPI) -- Chris Rock, Bobby Cannavale and Annabella Sciorra are to star in the world premiere of Stephen Adly Gurgus' play "The Motherf**ker with the Hat" on Broadway.
The show's producers said Thursday the stage comedy co-starring Elizabeth Rodriguez and Yul Vazquez will begin previews March 15 and open April 11 at Manhattan's Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre. The play is to run for a limited 15-week engagement.
Tickets for the show went on sale Wednesday.
A synopsis described "'The Motherf**ker with the Hat" as "a new high-octane, verbal cage match about love, fidelity and misplaced haberdashery from playwright Stephen Adly Guirgis."
