LOS ANGELES, Jan. 7 (UPI) -- Australian model Miranda Kerr has given birth to a boy in Los Angeles, X17 reported.

The child is the first for Kerr and British actor Orlando Bloom, who married last July after dating nearly three years, UsMagazine.com said.

The baby was born Thursday but no other details such as his name or weight were immediately available.
