Wayne Newton's Las Vegas estate, which includes a jumbo jet and terminal, has hit the market for $70 million.

The 36-acre ranch, dubbed Casa de Shenandoah, was listed on Redfin just months after Newton and his wife moved out of the estate after years of legal battles over money.

The estate features gold-trimmed doors, a car museum, 37 empty stables, a tennis court, a gazebo and the jumbo jet terminal.

A developer who bought the property in 2010 originally wanted to turn it into a Wayne Newton museum, but those plans fell through and the property was bought by Texas businessman Lacy Harber and wife Dorothy.

The Harbers dumped about $20 million in upgrades into the property in recent months.
