Google celebrates Halloween with interactive doodle

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Oct. 31 (UPI) -- Google is celebrating Halloween with an interactive game featuring Momo the cat who is on a mission to save the Magic Cat Academy from supernatural destruction.

The game's feline star Momo was modeled after Doodler Juliana Chen's real-life black cat named Momo.

Magic Cat Academy requires the player to control Momo to defeat a series of ghosts who are trying to take over the school. The ghosts appear with various symbols above their heads, and it's up to the player to draw those symbols in order for Momo to cast a spell to vanquish the ghost.

The game features five levels including a library, cafeteria, classroom, gym, and the school's roof.

"Doodling for a whole Doodle game was very exciting for us," the team said in a statement.
