LOS ANGELES, Oct. 25 (UPI) -- Kourtney Kardashian and daughter Penelope Disick celebrated an early Halloween on Monday. The 37-year-old reality star and 4-year-old Penelope dressed as an evil queen and Frankenstein's bride for Kardashian's Halloween party with her close friends.

"Such an amazing night!! I'm so lucky to have the best friends to celebrate life with," she tweeted after the bash.
Kardashian decked her home with plenty of festive decorations, including a skeleton bride and groom. Makeup artist Joyce Bonelli and hair stylist Jen Atkin were among the guests in attendance.
"Halloween has always been one of my favorite holidays," Kardashian wrote on her website. "I still love dressing up just as much as I did when I was younger. The best part of Halloween is finding the perfect costume."
"I'm obsessed with Halloween costumes!" she admitted. "And I also like to get creative -- especially for kids. Instead of buying a whole costume, sometimes just one key piece is all you need to build on."
Kardashian shares Penelope with ex-partner Scott Disick, from whom she split in 2015. The former couple are also parents to 6-year-old son Mason and 22-month-old son Reign.
Friendly exes Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon also recently celebrated an early Halloween. The singer and the actor brought their 5-year-old twins, Monroe and Moroccan, to Carey's Halloween party Saturday.
