AUSTIN, Texas, July 28 (UPI) -- Actor Chris Klein has welcomed his first child, a baby boy, with wife Laina Rose Thyfault. According to Us Weekly, the former American Pie star and Thyfault gave birth to Frederick Easton Klein on Saturday July 23.

"All is well! Mother and baby are home and doing wonderful. Chris is so in love," a rep for Klein noted in a statement for Us. ""The baby was born healthy and two weeks late in the couple's hometown of Austin, Texas."
"So incredibly blessed and forever grateful for my amazing wife & our healthy baby boy. Laina delivered me a miracle," Klein wrote on Twitter alongside a photo of Frederick.

The couple tied the knot in 2015 after daring for four-years.
