'Game of Thrones' Carice van Houten shares hilarious throwback pic on Twitter

LOS ANGELES, June 29 (UPI) -- Game of Thrones' Carice van Houten shared a hilarious photo on Twitter this week that only true fans can appreciate.

The photo shows van Houten holding a box of DuraFlame Quick Start used for building fires with the caption "Awkward farewell presents."

On Season 5, van Houten's character, Melisandre, burned Shireen (Kerry Ingram) at the stake as a sacrifice to the Lord of Light. When Jon Snow found out her role in Shireen's death in Season 6, he banished Melisandre from the North telling her he'd have her hanged if she ever returned, E! News reported.

After her character brought Jon Snow back to life, van Houten tweeted, "Happy now?" and added a winking emoji with its tongue hanging out.
