LONDON, May 31 (UPI) -- Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood is a five-time dad at age 68.

The English musician and wife Sally Humphreys welcomed twin daughters, Gracie Ann and Alice Rose, on Monday. Wood already shares daughter Leah and sons Jaime, Jesse and Tyrone with previous partners.

"Ronnie & Sally Wood are delighted to announce the birth of their twins Gracie Jane (6lb) & Alice Rose (5.7lb)," the guitarist's rep said in a statement. "The girls arrived on 30 May at 10:30 p.m. and all are doing brilliantly. The babies are perfect."

Gracie and Alice were born just two days prior to their famous dad's 69th birthday. Wood and Humphreys, a 38-year-old theater producer, met at the Theatre Royal in London and were together six months before marrying in 2012.

"I'm very good at [caring for newborns]," Wood told Hello! magazine in April. "I'm going to be changing the nappies and all that goes with it. I'm looking forward to all that."

"I'm unbelievably lucky and unbelievably blessed," he added. "I love all my kids. I love being a dad and to have this happening is just wonderful. I'm a lucky guy."
