LOS ANGELES, May 31 (UPI) -- Charlize Theron hosted a baby shower for pregnant actress Emily Blunt on Sunday. The 40-year-old South African star invited Blunt's loved ones to celebrate the 33-year-old English actress' second pregnancy. Blunt announced she's expecting with husband John Krasinski in January.

Theron's mom, Gerda Maritz, makeup artist Jenn Streicher, hair stylist Laini Reeves and personal trainer AJ Johnson were among the guests in attendance. Johnson shared a since-deleted photo with Theron, Blunt and Maritz on Instagram.
"An afternoon of love, laughs and friendship celebrating a special piece of my [heart] #EmilyBlunt with hostess with the mostess @charlizeafrica," she wrote.
Blunt was all smiles in a fitted blue and white maxi gown that showcased her baby bump. Sources told Us Weekly the actress was presented with a pale blue cake topped with yellow ducks, although pink was the dominant color of the party.
"Everything at the party was done in shades of light pink," a source revealed. "There were pink balloons and light-pink floral centerpieces. It was very low-key."
Blunt and Krasinski, who married in 2010, are already parents to 2-year-old daughter Hazel. The actress previously told E! News her daughter is "coming around" to the idea of becoming a big sister.
