LOS ANGELES, Dec. 31 (UPI) -- Before he was Han Solo or Indiana Jones, Harrison Ford was a skilled carpenter who worked on projects around Los Angles for the likes of Brazilian musician Sergio Mendes.

Now thanks to a throwback photo shared by Mendes, fans have been given a unique look at Ford during his heyday at 28-years-old.

"'The Force Awakens'! Before Han Solo, there was a great carpenter named Harrison Ford," Mendes captioned the now viral black and white photo.

The image posted to Facebook on Dec. 23 features the now 73-year-old star smiling and shirtless while throwing up a peace sign alongside some friends.

"And here he is, with his crew, the day he finished building my recording studio back in 1970...Thank you Harrison...may the force be with you...," he continued.

After wrapping up Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Ford is looking forward to starring as Indiana Jones once again in future sequel that series director Steven Spielberg said he couldn't imagine making with anyone else

On Monday while appearing on Bloomberg Go, Disney CEO Robert Iger confirmed that a fifth Indiana Jones movie was on the way without giving an exact timetable for a release. "It's all about storytelling. That's what creates the most value," Iger said.

"We had in Pixar, some of the greatest storyteller that existed in motion pictures, certainly the best in animation," he continued. "We had in Marvel, stories and characters, great storytelling, and obviously in George Lucas Star Wars and Indiana Jones, by the way, as well, which will be coming, we have great stories."
