Stevie Wonder divorced, expected to pay $25,000 a month in child support

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 7 (UPI) -- Legendary musician Stevie Wonder has finalized his divorce from second wife Kai Millard Morris and will be expected to pay $25,000 a month in child support.

According to divorce papers obtained by People, the divorce was made official by a Los Angeles judge on Monday after they filed for divorce back in 2012.

Wonder and Morris will be sharing custody of their two sons, Kailand Morris and Mandla Kadjay Carl Stevland Morris, ages 14 and 10, while the Grammy Award winner will be taking care of the child support expenses.

From their 2012 filing, a rep confirmed to E! News at the time,"Today Stevland Morris filed for divorce, ending his marriage to Kai Millard Morris. As this is a private and personal matter, he asks that the public and the media kindly respect the privacy of Kai, his children, and family at this time."

Stevie Wonder, real name Stevland Hardaway Morris, has nine total children from five different women. Wonder welcomed his youngest child, Nia in December 2014 with girlfriend Tomeeka Robyn Bracy, whom he is currently still dating.
