NEW YORK, May 28 (UPI) -- Blake Lively is adding fashion designer to her resume.

On Tuesday, the actress posted a snapshot wearing her own design on Instagram.

Lively teamed up with eco-friendly brand, Amourt Vert, to create the pink, feminine dress, that sells for $230 on the star's lifestyle website, Preserve

Although she has a keen fashion sense, and has been the face of Chanel and Gucci, the 27-year-old admits that her drawing skills are not up to par. "My drawings look like hangmen," she wrote in a previous Instagram post.

"I may not be able to draw worth a lick, but I am proud of this dress I co-designed with Amour Vert for @preserve_us," the new designer captioned the photo of her modeling the frock. "You better send me pics if you buy it! I want to share your photos!! #PRSRV so I see it."

The new mother of baby James always knew she wanted to design one day.

She must of caught up on her beauty sleep, because back in March, in an interview with German magazine Jolie, she said, "To be honest, I could really see myself opening a clothing label and might even do it one day. But right now there is just no time for it. I really couldn't take any more sleep deprivation!"

The champagne silk dress, that also doubles as an eco-friendly find is her first design, probably won't be her last.
