LOS ANGELES, March 26 (UPI) -- Sonni Pacheco reportedly wed Jeremy Renner to obtain her green card. The 23-year-old actress and 44-year-old actor's former roommate, Kristoff Winters, alleged as much in legal documents obtained by E! News. Winters claimed Pacheco used Renner to become a permanent U.S. resident and threatened to extort the star with explicit videos.

"I heard Sonni say at least five or six times when we were together at the Franklin house that Jeremy should be nice to her and not fight her on green card or money issues or else she would release intimate videos of him to TMZ," the papers read.
Pacheco and Renner welcomed daughter Ava Berlin in March 2013, and married in early 2014. The actress filed for divorce in December, and the former couple are currently embroiled in an increasingly contentious custody battle for Ava.
Renner stated he doesn't believe his ex is "a bad person or bad parent," but said she "exercises bad judgment," such as when she allegedly left Ava home alone while she went out with friends. Pacheco subsequently denied the incident happened and declared herself "a doting mom" to TMZ.
