Billy Unger arrested for DUI in Malibu

While Unger's breathalyzer test stated the actor was right on the legal limit, California law dictates that all drivers under the age of 21 be charged with DUI if there is any alcohol in their system.

MALIBU, Calif., June 30 (UPI) -- Disney XD star Billy Unger was arrested for DUI in Malibu on Saturday.

TMZ reports that the 18-year-old actor was pulled over for speeding while driving onthe Pacific Coast Highway just after midnight.

After officials instructed him to take a breathalyzer test, the Lab Rats actor blew a .08 -- the legal limit regularly, but not for drivers under the age of 21. A law in California states that all minors be charged with DUI if there is any alcohol in their system.

Unger was arrested and eventually released.
