Indebted 'Real Housewife' to hold auction

TOWACO, N.J., Aug. 7 (UPI) -- "Real Housewives of New Jersey" cast member Teresa Giudice is auctioning off luxury furnishings, appliances and a boat in a bid to pay off her $11 million debt.

On Aug. 22 the bankrupt reality personality will auction off chandeliers, a bedroom set, tables, a grand piano, a billiards table and two flat-screen televisions, the New York Daily News reported Saturday.

"All I can do is rise above it, keep my head high and know that at the end of the day, I have my family, my health and I'm in God's hands. Nothing else matters -- certainly not a lamp," Giudice wrote on her Bravo blog.

Other items on offer include a snow thrower, a stainless steel range and a suit of armor.
