Britney Spears celebrates her 27th birthday in New York

LOS ANGELES, April 20 (UPI) -- A woman who was arrested for allegedly trespassing on Britney Spears's California homestead says she is making a documentary about the singer.

Spears has been out on tour and wasn't home when Miranda Tozier-Robbins, 26, was arrested on her property last week. She was issued a citation and released from police custody.

Tozier-Robbins, a former "American Idol" hopeful, told E! News she is pursuing a career in paparazzi-like documentary filmmaking.

"The documentary is more or less just, (me) on the way to Britney's house, going on the bicycle ride, the camping out in the woods," Tozier-Robbins told E! "There's no obsession with Britney. Somebody else can go ahead and claim the title of Britney's stalker, because I sure as heck don't want it, you know!"
