LOS ANGELES, April 4 (UPI) -- U.S. actor Josh Hartnett is "fine" after being hospitalized in Los Angeles with a gastrointestinal problem, his representative says.
Representative Susan Patricola said the 30-year-old star of "Pearl Harbor," "Hollywood Homicide" and other big-screen fare has been released from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and is awaiting the results of medical tests, People.com reported Friday.
"He's fine," Patricola said. "They are running tests, which take time to get back and it's a process of elimination."
Hartnett was hospitalized Monday amid complaints of intestinal pains. Patricola said the incident was likely the result of a gastrointestinal problem "The Black Dahlia" actor has had for months.
"They just have to figure out what it is," she told People.com.
