M&M'S UNVIELS STAR WARS THEMED CANDIES

NEW YORK, March 19 (UPI) -- British actor David Prowse says he has been undergoing radiotherapy for two months to treat prostrate cancer, the New York Daily News reported.

Prowse, 73, is best known for playing Darth Vader in the original "Star Wars" blockbusters, even though James Earl Jones is frequently identified with the masked character because he provided the iconic villain's memorable voice.

A former weightlifter, Prowse had small roles in the films "A Clockwork Orange," "Vampire Circus" and the original "Casino Royale." He also trained Daniel Day-Lewis for his action role in "The Last of the Mohicans," and the late Christopher Reeve for his work as Superman, Prowse's Web site said.

"I feel fantastic, no problems whatsoever," the Daily News quoted Prowse as saying in an interview for British radio about his cancer treatment. "The only thing I've had is hot flushes."
