Hillary a fan of 'Dancing with the Stars'

NEW YORK, Nov. 27 (UPI) -- Hillary Clinton loves "Dancing with the Stars" and John McCain is a "Prison Break" fan, says a new report on the favorite shows of U.S. presidential hopefuls.

Clinton, a New York Democratic senator, told TV Guide she also likes HGTV makeover shows, "Grey's Anatomy" and "American Idol," but revealed her all-time favorite is "The Ed Sullivan Show," The Drudge Report said.

McCain, a Republican Arizona senator, said he likes "Prison Break" "because as a fellow prisoner, "I always dreamed and plotted how I would break out of the Hanoi Hilton."

Barack Obama, an Illinois Democratic senator, listed as his favorite TV character of all time SpongeBob SquarePants, since he watches SpongeBob's animated series with his daughters and said his favorite TV shows of all time are "MASH" and "The Wire."

John Edwards, a Democrat and a former North Carolina senator, is a fan of "Boston Legal," while Dennis Kucinich, a Democratic congressman from Ohio, says he enjoys watching late-night TV talk-shows when he gets the chance.

Mitt Romney, former Republican Massachusetts governor, told TV Guide he loves the "captivating plot" of "Lost," while former Tennessee Republican Sen. Fred Thompson's favorite TV program is "SportsCenter."
