Will Smith nervous about daughter dating

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 16 (UPI) -- U.S. television personality Gary Collins checked into a rehab facility after he was arrested last month for drunken driving, TMZ.com reported.
The Los Angeles city attorney has charged Collins with driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol level above .08. If convicted, Collins could face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
His lawyer said at his arraignment Friday that the former "New Hollywood Squares" host has been in rehab since Oct. 25, TMZ.com reported.
Collins was expected to stay there for 60 days.
His next court date is Dec. 6 when he is slated to enter a plea, TMZ.com said.
