ATLANTA , Sept. 17 (UPI) -- KISS frontman Paul Stanley plans to exhibit his paintings at Atlanta's Wentworth Gallery next month.

The rock icon is also slated to make two special appearances to support the exhibit.

"Paul Stanley creates portraits and abstracts that are emotionally charged compositions. He aims to maximize the direct, physical impact of his paintings through scale, texture, color and simplicity of images," the gallery said in a statement.
