LOS ANGELES, Aug. 6 (UPI) -- Hollywood actor William H. Macy and his writing partner Steven Schachter are working on a drama pilot for TNT, Zap2it.com has reported.
The pair co-wrote the acclaimed 2002 TNT movie, “Door to Door,” in which Macy acted and Schachter directed.

Macy, star of the big-screen features “Wild Hogs” and “Seabiscuit,” also received an Emmy Award nomination for acting in and producing TNT's movie, "The Wool Cap."
His latest TNT project is “Family Man,” a one-hour drama pilot about a model citizen and respected father of three who leads a double life as head of a ring of dysfunctional burglars, The Hollywood Reporter said.
Macy and Schachter will executive produce the show, with Macy starring and Schachter directing.
