ROME, May 27 (UPI) -- Singer Barbra Streisand has canceled a concert in Rome but promoters said the decision was not made because of complaints about high ticket prices.
A spokesman for concert promoter CPI said the concert was canceled due to production problems, the BBC reported Sunday.
