NEW YORK, June 8 (UPI) -- A new Barbra Streisand tour of the United States will raise funds for charitable organizations through the singer's foundation.
Streisand said she would donate millions of tour proceeds to educational, environmental and women's health organizations, Billboard.com reports.

Streisand's 2000 concerts had been billed as her farewell performance, but she performed publicly in 2005 for a children's benefit.
No dates, ticket prices or venues have been announced for the upcoming tour. Ticket prices for Streisand's farewell shows went for as much as $2,500.
